The position
As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for sustaining a healthy environment among product owners within a fast-paced, dynamic organization. By no means you'll be the most senior product profile, but a high product seniority is expected as well as very good soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Alignment & Strategy: Ensure alignment across all Product Owners (POs) and SEAT Product Manager (PM) to maintain a unified product vision and strategy.
- Cross-Squad Synergies: Drive end-to-end product consistency, fostering collaboration between squads to maximize efficiency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor Product Owners reporting to you, supporting their professional development through regular 1:1s and dedicated career plans.
- Performance & Talent Management: Conduct fair performance reviews to build trust and motivation with POs while actively leading hiring and onboarding processes of POs.
- Impediment Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and eliminate blockers within the squads, ensuring smooth product delivery.
- Stakeholder & Business Communication: Ensure POs understand broader business objectives and market trends while serving as a bridge between product, engineering, design, and business development.
- Ensure best practices among POs in terms of Data, analytics, rollout & QA.
- Backlog & PI Planning: Support PMs in backlog preparation for oncoming PIs, identifying cross-squad risks, and leading cross-team refinements to optimize capacity planning.
- Best Practices & Governance: Ensure adherence to product guidelines, best practices, and execution of way of working among all squads in collaboration with the Technical Director (TD).
- Value Delivery & OKRs: Define and track ART value delivery, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, OKRs, and PI goals.
- Organizational Influence: Drive collaboration and communication across the entire business unit, facilitating alignment between product, engineering, and other key functions.

Seniority & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with valuable experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, business).
- Experience in scaling products, defining strategy, and working in Agile environments.
- Strong background in stakeholder management.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics).
- Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO)) are beneficial.
